An Impressionist architectural seascape produced in an impasto style, depicting architectural elements in the style of Greco Roman ruins, under a full moon surrounded by nimbus and clouds, with a choppy ocean beyond. Signed lower left. The artist was known as the "King of Schlock Art" and "King of Toilet Paper Art," due to his unique painting technique with palette knife and toilet tissue in lieu of paint brush. Presented with a cream fabric border in a gilt wood frame. Sight size measures approximately 16.75" x 40.5".
