Josefina Aguilar is an Oaxacan folk artist best known for her clay figurines, which she calls munecas. Part of the Aguilar family, she and her three sisters learned the artform from their mother and are all today recognized folk artists. Notable collectors of Josefina's work include Nelson Rockefeller and the San Antonio Museum of Art.
