Franklin Saye is an award winning watercolorist best known for his scenes of the Chesapeake Bay area. He is particularly interested in scenes "evoking the mood and feelings best representing the Bay, especially the old workboats, farm houses and quaint villages" fast disappearing from the local landscape.
