Description
19th-20th century. Baluster form vases currently fitted as lamps, not drilled; fittings are removable. 1) Decorated with Foo Lions amongst cloud bands on a pale blue ground and upturned lip. 2) Decorated with a heron amongst dense floral vegetation. Each vase with reticulated blue glazed handles. SIZE: 16 3/4" h and 16 1/2" h respectively. PROVENANCE: From the John Webber Estate of Bangor, Maine. CONDITION: generally good. (05-615/TG). $400-600.
