Housed in a custom made hinged binder. Pages are uncut. CONDITION: significant water staining throughout, with toning and foxing. 2) An original copy of the Atlantic Local Coast Pilot, Sub-Division 2 with maps and diagrams of the subject area. Housed in a custom made binder with title on the spine in leather. CONDITION: with in use wear, binding intact, minimal toning, clear graphics. Good to very good. 3) Hard cover folder containing 17 sheets of views of the "Mount Desert Series" of albertype images of Mount Desert Island. Housed in the original hard cover folder. Each sheet is 12" x 10". CONDITION: very good. (05-398, 05-400, 05-401/TG). $1,000-1,500.
