20th century. 1) Joe Cook pintail with dramatic plummage. 2-3) Two hooded mergansers; drake and hen. 4) J.H. Morgan decoy, Holland, PA with a personal signed recollection on the bottom. 5) Hen decoy with maker's mark "WCB". 6) Canvasback decoy of Virginia origin. 7) "David Harrington" decoy, Under Hill Center, VT. 8) "W. HAMMARSTROM" black duck decoy. 9) Miniature "Dan Brown 1995" duck decoy. 10-15) Unmarked decoys of various types and styles. One marked "BW" and a diving duck with Guyette & Schmidt label. SIZE: Range 6 1/2" to 21 1/2" l. PROVENANCE: Estate Collection of Thomas F. Wolfinger. CONDITION: decoys 1-9 are very good with minimal paint loss. Decoys 10-15 have fair to good surfaces. (02-18008/TG). $800-1,200.
