Vintage Sterling Sapphire Heart Necklace, 19", 1970's-1980's, Signed on the back of the bail, cannot read. This has fourteen dark blue sapphires that are each appx. 1mm round as a halo around the open heart. IN the center of the heart is a 1.5mm clear dz. The pendant is appx. 3/4" long and 5/8" wide. It is on a 1mm wide curb link chain with spring clasp where it is marked .925. It tests as sterling with a weight of appx. 3.47 gr. It has light wear and is in good to very good condition. Also very nice for the person with a September birthday. (W7823.1X1 SS11268 J LD 7/14/23).
