8-24-2023 9:37 am: In my opinion regarding: Lot 971: I note that, as described, the interior lighting is in need of wiring, the marble top exhibits typical chipping to the back edge and light surface wear including minor chips and abrasions to frontal edge, I observe areas of patination to the metal elements and light mahogany finish wear commensurate with use.
