Cartier in the 1980s was achieving unprecedented levels of success. The Panthere was leading the charge. Introduced for 1987, it became immediately popular. The smaller sized version in 18K is the rarest variant of this groundbreaking watch. The present example has been "iced out" with diamonds added to the dial, case and bracelet.

Condition
Dial is in very good condition. Dial is an aftermarket mother-of-pearl unit with diamond inlay. Case is very good, with minor scratches.
