Description: This lot includes a Chesterfield Style tufted leather couch custom made by King Adams furnishings in North Carolina. The couch was completely hand built and designed by the firm for our client. She had paid over $8,000 for the couch about 20 years ago.
Condition: Minor surface wear associated with age and use, otherwise in overall good condition. The leather has faded slightly from us and sun exposer. NOTE, the couch would benefit from a good cleaning as the room the couch is in has a odor of urine. From pet free child free home.

All of the items in this auction are located on-site at the estate in Milford CT. All items must be picked up from Thursday 8/10 to Saturday 8/12 by appointment only between 10am an 3pm with no exceptions.
