Native American / First Nations, Northwest Coast United States, Alaska or Canada, Inupiaq / Inuit people, ca. 19th to early 20th century CE. A carved crescent shaped toggle made from a piece of walrus tusk ivory with a hole through the center. This was probably attached to a sewing kit for wearing attached to a belt.
