Description
Native American / First Nations, Northwest Coast United States, Alaska or Canada, Inupiaq / Inuit people, ca. 19th to early 20th century CE. A carved crescent shaped toggle made from a piece of walrus tusk ivory with a hole through the center. This was probably attached to a sewing kit for wearing attached to a belt. Size: 3.125" L x 0.5" W (7.9 cm x 1.3 cm)
