An attractive Scandinavian modern daybed in finely crafted, sturdy oak with flat tapering legs and exposed dovetailed corner joints. Designed by Poul Volther for FDB Mobler, c. 1960's, this rather minimalist daybed is a great example of refined yet interesting Danish mid-century design. The button tufted cushion, supported by strap webbing, is currently upholstered in a fun and bold vintage yellow and black abstract patterned wool.
