It has a non-original chain on the opposite side that was not shown in the photos as it was laying loose in the estate box and hs been added. The cameo slides on the 3/4" velbet and has a teardrop faux pearl dangling from the cameo. The cameo is appx. 1-1/3" long and 3/4" wide. it is in good to very good condition. Age is appx. 1960's.
