Description
Native American / First Nations, Northwest Coast United States, Alaska or Canada, Inupiaq/Inuit people, ca. mid to late 20th century CE. A hand carved caribou antler - the tine tips cared into animal and heads and a bird, with jasper stone seals and a greenstone fox or weasel / otter creature set along the length. The stone animals are removable and set on small pegs, the underside of the antler is signed "Elatiak." Size: 12" L x 17" W x 4.5" H (30.5 cm x 43.2 cm x 11.4 cm)

Condition
Tail on greenstone fox is reattached, red seals are otherwise intact and very good. Antler is intact with some natural darkening and ossification near base / root area.
