VICTORIAN YELLOW GLASS AND WROUGHT IRON KEROSENE BANQUET LAMP, yellow to white Narrow Straight Ribbed student shade, cased yellow urn-form font vase raised on an ebony finished wrought-iron base with foliate supports and scrolling and twisting legs, brass drop-in font. Fitted with a period burner. Electrified. Maker unverified. Late 19th/early 20th century. 23 3/4" H to top of shade, 17 1/4" H to shade ring, 9 3/4" DOA base. Shade: 5 7/8" H, 10" D fitter.

Provenance:

Property from a Youngstown, OH estate.

Condition

Very good condition overall with the shade having some expected roughness to the fitter and top rim; font tank having scattered denting and a large circle cut out of the bottom; some foliate tips to the base being tipped; some additional imperfections due to the electrification process.
