VICTORIAN LOBED AND AIR-TRAP GLASS PICKLE CASTER, satin blue, having a 16-lobe body with scattered controlled-bubble decoration, fitted in a metal, has fork in the hanging rack, matching cover. Maker unverified. Late 19th/early 20th century. Stand: 10 1/2" HOA. Insert: 3 1/2" H.

From the Gerry and Kathy Turner Collection, Colorado Springs, CO.

Condition

Very good condition overall with the insert having post-production polishing around the base edge; cover having several minor splits; metal pieces having overall wear, base having a minor split or two.
