Signed ("Nicolas &; Rebecca") and inscribed ("For An") to the bottom. The title refers to Revlon's iconic shade of lipstick, favored by many including poet Sylvia Plath. The glazed frame measures 35 1/2" x 27 1/2" x 3/4".

Provenance: A private collection, acquired from David Rago Fine Arts Auction in November 2013; Vermillion Limited Editions Collection (Minneapolis).

Condition

The sheet is loose within the frame, having come unfastened from its mat tape.
