Large Antique Limoges France T & V Hand Painted Punch Bowl with Stand. Hand Painted Grapes and Vines, Gilt Accents. Monogrammed. Bowl 13"x13"x6". Stand 9"x9"x3". On stand 8.50". 6 lbs 8 oz. PROVENANCE: The Terri Henning Collection, The Peoples Building Penthouse,18 Broad Street, Charleston SC, as seen in Architectural Digest. Limoges porcelain factory partnered by Gustave Vogt (1849-1937) and Emilien de Tressemanes. Their partnership began in 1882 when they ran the Limoges, France based decorating firm founded in the 1850s by John Vogt. Their factory produced high-quality whiteware for the American export market. Tressemanes retired in 1907 and Vogt was sole owner until 1919 when Martial Raynaud acquired the company.
