Utagawa Hiroshige (Japanese, born Ando Tokutaro, 1797 – 1858) Japanese Woodblock Print ca. 1860s titled "New Fish Market Shin sakanaba". From the Views of Famous Places in Edo. Noted Kyoto Screen Co. Ltd. Gallery label verso. Very good condition under glass, with one crease visible and artist stamps in print. Nicely framed in an oriental black decorated corners framing. Frame has some paint wear and distressing from age. 20" x 25" overall, 9" x 13.5" sight. About Hiroshige: He was a Japanese ukiyo-e artist, considered the last great master of that tradition.
