Simon Henningsen for Lyfa. Suspending lantern in chrome and blue, aqua and red enameled geometric panels. Designed in 1962. Marked in interior 'Made in Denmark', and having a paper label for Lyfa.
Simon P. Henningsen is an award-winning architect and designer based in Copenhagen, Denmark. He has established a successful practice working on projects ranging from furniture and product design to architecture, interiors and public spaces. He has won numerous awards for his work, including the Red Dot Design Award, the German Design Award and the Danish Design Award. His architectural work has been widely exhibited, including at the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art in Copenhagen and the Vitra Design Museum in Germany. He is known for his modernist approach to design, combining function, materials and form to create timeless, aesthetic and sustainable solutions.
