A Chinese imperial flambe glazed vase. Qianlong mark and of the Period, the urn-shaped body is molded with a bowstring band below the slopping shoulder ,the neck is flanked by a pair of trailing scroll handles below the metal bound rim, the whole is covered with a glaze of crushed strawberry tone streaked in milky and purplish blue and thinning to white on the handles, six Qianlong character mark under the brown glaze underneath, base painted in red with inventory number "75.779"

Condition: in overall good condition with minor surface wear and glaze crackle likely from the production ,only the neck has been reduced and fitted with a later metal collar
