(Disneyland, 1960s-70s) An original poison apple prop from Snow White's Scary Adventure at Disneyland. The prop apple is notorious for theft at the hands of Guests who would happily oblige the Old Hag's invitation and reach for the poison apple. It became such a problem that Disneyland Staff manufactured and readily stored a spare supply of apples Backstage to replace as needed. This apple prop is hand-painted with florescent UV paint over plastic to react to the black light used within the dark ride attraction. Measuring approximately 2.75 " in diameter and 3.25" tall, the prop is in good condition with some surface wear throughout from Park usage, handling, and age.
