(Disneyland, 2000) A limited edition set consisting of (7) lithographic prints of Marc Davis’s original concept artwork for the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction. This is the first set created in the edition of just 100 pieces. Each print is debossed with a Pirates stamp at lower right and hand numbered in pencil “99/100.” The set is accompanied by a Disney COA, a set of white gloves for handling, and housed in a decorative wooden treasure chest box, with intentional distressed motif, and features a metal plaque on the lid engraved with Marc Davis’s trademark signature. A Jolly Roger is stamped in gold on the lid’s interior black felt lining. The lithographs each measure 8”x10” and the chest is 10.25”x12” and 4.25” in deep. All are in very fine, as-new condition.
