According to the family this was Flora Whitney Millers 1927 wedding band that some time later she had elephant hair added, unsigned, maker unknown, kt unknown though patina may suggest 18kt , aprox 1.2dwt 1.9g total weight, aprox 0.625in interior diameter perhaps US ring size aprox 5.5, exterior diameter 0.75in, note that to accommodate the enclosed hair the ring has been split or fused with another ring that has caused a crude visible side rupture that would require goldsmithing before wearing.
