Provenance: Russell Carrell, (Salisbury, Connecticut and St. Kitts, West Indies, 1917-1998), was a well-known antiques dealer and manager of many shows. At the height of his career he produced or managed twenty-eight shows, indoors and out, from New Hampshire to California, and including the New York Winter Antiques show.
