Connecticut River Valley Queen Anne Maple Side Chair, Late Eighteenth Century. The yoke crest rail above a vase-form splat within sausage and baluster-turned stiles, the trapezoidal woven splint seat raised on sausage-turned frontal legs ending in bulbous feet, joined by turned double frontal stretchers, plain turned double side stretchers and a single back stretcher. H: 41.125 in., W: 19.25 in., D: 15 in. Seat width: 18.25 in.
