Description
American Poplar Doctor's Travelling Apothecary Chest, Nineteenth Century. The rectangular chest fitted with sixteen bottles, many labelled and including "Laudanum," "Syrup of Squills" and "Paregoric," with pharmacy label for "Central Drug Store, Fred D. Stevens & Co., 133 Woodward Avenue, Detroit.," with brass bail carrying handles and drawer pull. H: 9.125 in., W: 10 in., D: 8.25 in.
