Two American Painted Cast-Iron Fire Marks. The first for the Philadelphia Fire Association in Pennsylvania, cast with an early fire hydrant; the second for the Associated Fireman's Insurance Co., Baltimore, Maryland, cast with a fireman blowing a trumpet and holding a burning brand. First: H: 10.75 in., W: 7.5 in., D: .5 in. Second: H: 12.125 in., W: 9.5 in., D: .75 in.
