The lanterns each cut out on one side with a smiling cat face and on the other with a frowning cat face, affixed with the original orange tissue paper liner, each marked "MADE IN U.S.A.;" the die-cuts and paper ephemera comprising black cats and Jack-o'-lanterns, including a pair of silvered black cats centering a Jack-o'-lantern, 1938; and a jointed scared cat.
