Description
18th century Chinese embroidery silk textile assembled from parts of a Kessi and Kossu robe fragments, now made into a decoration for a robe belt.
Unframed; height: 29 in x width: 5 in. Framed; height: 34 1/2 in x width: 10 in x depth: 2 1/2 in.

Condition
The colors are lightly faded. There are no rips, tears, losses or restorations. The work has been affixed to a cloth backing. The walls of the shadowbox are lined with embroidered textile; there is some fraying to the edges of the textile. Some wear to the frame. Framed under glass. Not examined out of frame.
