7/13/23 3:35pm - In my opinion regarding: LOT – 1750: As described, the marble top is intact with restorations. I note the commode is in sturdy condition, some abrasions/ surface wear, loss to finish, tonal variation, and small nicks as commensurate with age and use, inherent patination to metal trim, the drawers currently operate but do stick a bit and would likely benefit from some wax to facilitate smoother movement.
