7/13/23 11:17am - In my opinion regarding: LOT – 1634: I note the commode is sturdy, the marble top is intact with typical chips along back edge, some surface wear, and discoloration, the case with slight few old beetle holes, light surface wear, some loss and restoration to veneer at center drawer, all commensurate with age and use, I observe that all drawers operate fairly smoothly at this time.
