Condition: In my opinion regarding: LOT – 1609: I note the commode is in sturdy condition, the marble top is intact with no apparent hairlines and some slight inherent roughness to the back edge, the case with some small veneer losses, small losses along drawer edges, surface wear, abrasions, nicks, and scratching, all commensurate with age and use, I observe that all drawers operate smoothly at this time.
