6.26.23-LOT -287- I believe the chairs to be turn of the century, they are not on casters, the chair frames are sturdy and all sit well, upholstery is with some tonal variation, light discoloration, and spotting and some dirt (particularly to one arm end see image), however it is hard to discern due to the pattern, the upholstery would likely benefit from a professional cleaning, I further note, some small losses in picking at fringe, wood legs could use a good cleaning
