The beaker having baluster shaped body, with bulging belly, trumpet-shaped on the tall neck ,slightly flaring mouth rim, raised on round wide slight concave. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in white base color which contrast against blue color depicted of elders gathering on the garden terrace palace. A characteristic heaped and piled effect, the under glaze grayish-blue concentrates in certain areas, bubbling through the surface of the glaze and turning a deep blue-black. This inadvertently gave texture, energy, and shading to the design.The Under-base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed blue script characters reign mark, enclosed within blue rings lines. Made in The Years Kangxi Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
