Description
A Russian Orthodox jubilee gilt-silver and multi-color enamel cross pendant commemorating the 300th anniversary of the House of Romanov, the reigning imperial house of Russia from 1613 to 1917. Designed in the ancient style and surmounted by the Monomakhs Cap, also called the Golden Cap, a chief relic of the Russian Grand Princes and Tsars. Hallmarked on the reverse with the manufacturer and 84 Russian silver proof marks. The badge was given to priests who served on February 21, 1913, the day of the Romanov dynasty tercentenary.
