This unique and rare pottery lamp comes to you from the Rødovre studio of noted Danish ceramist H. Rudolf Petersen, whose work is often characterized by bold and graphic lines, mastery of the sgraffito technique, and African-inspired earth tones. This lamp, with its undulating naturalistic forms, is no exception. Stamped with "HRP" diamond mark underneath, c. 1950's. Height is measured to top of socket. Dimensions: H 13.5" x Dia. 5" Condition: Wear consistent with age and use. European plug; will require re-wiring or adapter.
