Description

A gorgeous and rare Scandinavian modern lounge chair with an unusual, sculptural frame featuring tapered teak legs and exposed teak armrest tips. A beautiful piece reminiscent of Svend Skipper's "Papa Bear" easy chair or Kurt Olsen's, Gerhard Berg's, or Svante Skogh's lounge chairs. Three button tufts accent the shaped backrest which fluidly moves into angled, flat armrests. Recently upholstered in a luxuriously plush smokey lavender chenille. Dimensions: H 31" x W 28.5" x D 27" x SH 17" Condition: Reupholstered. Wear consistent with age and use. Few small marks to teak. Newly upholstered. T077
