Item Details

Description

Ca. mid 20thC. Possibly German, definitely continental. Very good with no breaks or repairs, having only light age appropriate surface scuffs. One 1/4" nick on the top back edge. At first glance this appears to be rosewood veneer, however, upon close inspection the wood looks to be dark-stained satin maple. The sides look more like rosewood, the top looks like satin maple. The top surface shimmers like satin wood. Great looking wood regardless.
