Antique Elgin 14kt G.F. Pocket Watch, Hunter's, Sz. 18A, Grade 250, serial number 8590022. WORKS BOTH AT KEEP TIME AND SECOND HAND. It has a brooch with pinback missing on top but left it there. Weight of the watch is appx. 45.43 gr. 17 jewels, jew setting screw-set, movement finish is gilt. Tests as 14kt G.F. Ornated dsign on front and back. I did not open the inner cover as not a watch person and did not want to risk damage, etc. It is appx. 2" from top of the ring at the winding screw in upward position and 1.5" wide. It's a beauty and mainly, it works. Likely a ladies' watch back in the Victorian days. (W12222.1X1 SS7506 J LD 2/13/22).
