A Large Chinese Famille Rose Porcelain Moon Flask Vase. Of flattened rounded body, finely painted in polychrome enamel on both sides with lotus motifs. The lotus is depicted between bands of upright lappets and colorful panels. Additionally, a pair of phoenix handles is applied to the neck of the vase. The recessed base bears an underglaze blue six-character apocryphal Qianlong mark. {Height approximately 12 1/4 inches (31.1 cm)}. Condition: Wear and enamel losses.
