Ivan Tovar Oil on Canvas Surrealist Painting of Woman with Mandolin. Ivan Tovar was born in 1942 the Dominican Republic. He arrived in Paris in 1963 through educational credits where he painted surrealist sites of the city for 20 years. He died in the D. R. in 2020. This painting study of a woman measures 25" wide x 29" tall. It is signed by artist in the bottom right portion of the piece. Please refer to all photos. Overall in good condition.
