Description
AMERICAN PAINTED MIXED-WOOD CORNER CUPBOARD, pine and poplar, one-piece construction, canted returns, upper section with applied cove-molded cornice over two fielded-panel doors concealing two fixed shelves having plate grooves, small band of waist molding below, the lower section with two fielded-panel doors concealing a single fixed shelf with plate groove, the whole raised on an applied cut-out bracket-foot base. Retains an early, possibly original, blue-painted surface with white-washed interior. Probably Pennsylvania. First quarter 19th century. 75 1/2" H, 28" corner.

Condition
Very good overall condition with minor scattered wear and discoloration. Knobs likely replaced. Minor pieced repair to upper right door. Wear and possible losses to height of feet.
