ENGLISH SPATTERWARE CERAMIC SUGAR BOWLS, LOT OF SEVEN, including an octagonal-form example with cluster of buds having blue- and red-sponged decoration and impressed "8" to underside, two rainbow bicolor examples including one lacking cover, a tri-color example lacking cover, and two floral examples including a tulip and a morning glory. Second quarter 19th century. 7 1/2" HOA.Â

Condition
Two examples lacking covers undamaged, except one with some discoloration; blue- and rose-sponged example having chip to foot and some discoloration; remaining examples with covers having some imperfections including chips and/or flakes to covers, and cluster of buds example with make-do lead finial and hairline to neck.
