Chinese Qing Dynasty Yongzheng Mille Fleur Covered Porcelain Lidded Jar. Potted with a shallow body, slight deep, flaring round rim with dome flat lid, globular heavy on mid body, raised on ring foot base. The Mille Fleur decoration, meaning the thousand flowers design first appears in the late Yongzheng period becoming extremely popular in the Qianlong and was carried on throughout the subsequent Jiaqing and Daoguang periods, usually on a gilt ground. The dense millefleurs design features naturalistic blossoming peonies, chrysanthemums, hibiscus, morning glories, roses, lotus flowers, daisies, lilies and pinks amidst an abundance of foliage, the mouth rims with gilt bands, the bases and interiors often turquoise-enameled on older pieces. The Under-base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed blue script characters reign mark, enclosed within blue ring lines. Made in The Years Yongzheng Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.

Over all in EXCELLENT Condition. Natural imperfection on the medium (porcelain), regardless from any major damages; includes minor scratches. Consider normal due to the ages.
