Description

Pair of patinated bronze Theodore Alexander sculptures, depicting red cranes standing on the backs of turtles, an auspicious symbol for happiness and longevity. one crane with its head tilted back and the other with its head turned to the side. having no apparent marks. Approximate dimensions: h. 59", w. 18", d. 13".

Condition

Minor changes to the color of the patina on one turtle's paws, the crane on the other figure has a slight wave to the beak, not distracting. There are no losses or breaks to either figure.
