French Louis XVI Style Carved Walnut Marble Top Semainier, early 20th c., the ogee edge figured white cookie corner marble over a bank of eight drawers, flanked by reeded rounded edge pilasters, on turned tapered cylindrical legs, H.- 48 in., W.- 17 1/2 in, D.- 13 in.

There are a few minor surface scratches and dings present, but the varnish remains in good condition overall. There is a key present, although not all drawers are functional. About half of the drawers have working lock mechanisms, yet the locks can be sticky and challenging to operate. The marble top displays typical wear and surface scratches. The proper right panel has a significant split in the wood extending the entire length of the piece.
