Of tapering ovoid form, in transparent pale gray colored glass, decorated with eight female caryatid figures, in relief, heightened with gray patina, glossy and satin finish, signed on the underside R. LALIQUE. Height 8 inches.

appears to be in generally good condition; no apparent rim chips, hairline cracks, etc.; there are some scattered light superficial scuffs and a few scratches to the exterior side of the body, not of any real consequence; when a strong light source is held close to the body a network of fine crazing or crizzling is visible to the interior side of the glass, mostly concentrated to the lower half
