6/5/23 1:30pm - In my opinion regarding: LOT – 648: As described, the marble top is intact with restoration – which I note is near the center going from front to back. The planters on top are quite heavy and very hard for me to move, but I tried to get a full image of the restoration. I note the sideboard is sturdy, with some visible lines to veneer and slight nicks and light surface wear to case commensurate with age and use, the center lock is engaged and “locked;” however, the doors are still opening and essentially not locked. I cannot get the lock to disengage. I observe that the drawers all operate fairly smooth at this time.
