6/7/23 2:20pm - In my opinion regarding: LOT – 274: As described, the right cabinet is in need of wiring, I note this sideboard is sturdy, the marble top does need to be slid over some, the marble top is intact with very few slight fleabites and slight roughness at the edge, some slight surface wear to case, and typical patination to metal mounts and hardware, all commensurate with age and use, (two) doors sit open a bit when unlocked, and (two) doors are a bit tight to open, I observe that all drawers do open at this time with a bit of resistance and would likely benefit from some wax to facilitate smoother movement.
